ESP Surveying, Inc. formerly known as Espinosa Surveying, Inc. is a full service land surveying firm established in 1991 and based in Fresno, California, with an office in Sacramento. ESP’s surveying division consists of a professional staff with expertise in various aspects of land surveying, which includes boundary, topography, construction and A.L.T.A. surveys. Our full CAD capability enables us to prepare parcel maps, subdivision maps, record of survey maps, topography maps, right of way maps and volume calculations. Our professional staff includes licensed surveyors, registered engineers, construction managers and administration.
Since 1991, our firm has had the opportunity to provide our professional expertise to public agencies and private developers. Since then, we have developed and maintained a wide range of satisfied and repeat clients. As a small business organization our firm has the advantages of offering direct and personal attention to each of our clients.
Our field surveys are performed with satellite GPS equipment, robotic total stations, laptops and advanced electronic instruments giving us the capability of providing a quick and efficient response to survey requests. State-of-the-art computers, software and communications give our office staff the ability to support our field operations in an efficient manner. The Internet also provides us with an effective means of communication and data transfer between field crews and/or clients (www.espls.com). This technique allows us to quickly mobilize our field crews to any part of the state, setting up a roving field office while “tele-commuting” our office staff from the central base of operations in Fresno.
ESP Surveying carries a comprehensive line of insurance that includes professional liability, general liability, workmen's compensation and automobile coverage. Our field personnel have 40 hour Hazardous Waste Certification. We are also certified UDBE/DBE with CALTRANS and City of Fresno, Small Business with the Department of General Services and certified WMBE (Women Minority Business Enterprise) with CPUC. Our firm is also self certified for Federal work as a SBE (Small Business Enterprise), WOSB (Woman –Owned Small Business), and a SDB (Small Disadvantage Business).
